How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Allow a minimum delivery time of 1 week from the time of purchase until you receive your order. Can I track my order?
All our products are sent by Austrian Post. Smaller parcels are sent as letters to make shipping as sustainable as possible. They fit directly into the letterbox. Larger parcels, such as orders with several items, are sent as small parcels. In this case, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which you can use to track your order.

I have not received an order confirmation.
Send us an email with your order number to support@nonstopkino.at and we will take care of it. If you have not received an order number, your name and the e-mail address you used when you placed your order.

Can I have my order delivered abroad?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship to addresses in Austria.

Can I have my order delivered to a pick-up station?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to have your parcel delivered directly to a pick-up station.
We are working on offering this option in the future.

I wasn't at home when the package was delivered.
