How does the voucher purchase work?

Select the desired gift product and note the age restrictions.

  • Regular nonstop subscription for everyone up to 26 years (€ 22 per month)
  • Young nonstop subscription for everyone aged 26 and over (€ 24 per month)

Add the gift voucher to your shopping cart and complete the payment. After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail with the digital gift voucher and a unique code, which you can pass on to the recipient or download and print this PDF file. Then enter the product and the voucher code, as well as the date of purchase.

The person to whom you give the voucher can exchange it for the appropriate nonstop cinema subscription. After this period, the membership ends automatically

How does the redemption of a gift voucher work?

The gift voucher can be redeemed on the nonstop website for a subscription that matches the voucher. Simply select the subscription, fill in the personal details and enter the voucher code from the gift in the "Code" field and click "Apply code".

How long is a gift voucher valid for?

The gift voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

I have not received confirmation of my order. What do I do now?

How can I pay?

Payment can be made via eps or by credit card.

Would you like to place a business and/or bulk order?

Can I also receive the gift voucher physically?

You have the option of printing out our gift PDF and then giving it as a gift.

I have ordered the wrong gift voucher, what can I do?

No need to worry! Just send us an e-mail to support@nonstopkino.at with your order details. We will then get back to you!

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible for you to cancel your order within 14 days if the voucher has not yet been redeemed. To do this, send us an e-mail to support@nonstopkino.at with your order details so that we can cancel the order.

I would like to give a subscription as a gift to a person with special conditions

There is a discount on the nonstop cinema subscription for people with disabilities:

  • 18 euros per month for people under 26 years of age and
  • 20 euros per month for people who are 26 years of age or older.

The minimum term is 4 months in each case. If you would like to give a gift to a person with a disability card, please contact us at support@nonstopkinoabo.at.
