Right of withdrawal/right of revocation

Buyers who are consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) may withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises of the entrepreneur within 14 (fourteen) days, provided that the Fern- und- Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetzes (FAGG) provides for a right of withdrawal in the specific case. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded or from receipt of the ordered goods. The deadline is met if the notice of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period expires.

The withdrawal or revocation notice can be sent to hallo@nonstopkino.at using the sample form provided for this purpose and stating the order number or the code of the nonstop cinema subscription gift voucher (available at www.nonstopkino.at/widerruf).

The right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal expires for goods whose seal has been broken before being returned to nonstop and if health protection and/or hygiene reasons prevent a return.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, nonstop will refund all payments received by nonstop from the buyer, including delivery costs. For this repayment, nonstop will use the same means of payment that the buyer used in the original transaction.

nonstop is entitled to refuse repayment until the time of receipt of the return shipment or proof that the goods have been returned to nonstop. Buyers are obliged to return the goods to nonstop immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which nonstop was informed of the withdrawal from the contract. This deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14 (fourteen) day period has expired. Buyers have to bear the direct costs for returning the goods to nonstop.
